This service is appropriate for almost any stage of the writing process, and can be repeated at various stages.

I create a customized editorial letter for you reviewing the strengths of your manuscript and outlining how to improve it.

This service is appropriate for an existing proposal that doesn't feel quite ready to submit, or for when you are struggling to get started.

If you have already made some progress, I will review your proposal for its strengths and weaknesses and offer suggestions for how to improve it.

Line and Copy Editing

Line and copy editing services are appropriate for a completed manuscript that doesn't feel quite ready to submit.

This service is editing support at the sentence and paragraph level (as well as the chapter organization level).

This kind of editing process polishes pages, clarifies structure, eliminates redundancies, and enhances flow.

Your work is improved through expert editing - while still being 100 percent yours.

Developmental Editing

This service is appropriate if you feel stuck, are struggling to find your argument, have structural issues, need help with chapter development, work better with support, or need to meet a deadline.

I help you get it all sorted out, polished and ready to submit.

Sometimes, you need to feel like someone else will notice if you finish your project.

We will customized weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly check-ins via email or text to keep you on track.

Dissertation and Grad student coaching

One-on-one coaching time to help you manage your timeline to graduation, as well as your research and writing.

We can work through your writing and organizational challenges, talk about things like how to implement your advisor's feedback or how to approach a potential publisher, and we can review and improve your grant or job application materials together before you send them out.

Group sessions are also available for cohorts.
